Course Description
How do we create characters that leap off the page? Join award-winning author Stefan Mohamed (The House on Utopia Way, Falling Leaves, The Bitter Sixteen Trilogy) for an in-depth workshop exploring the ins and outs of character creation. From crafting fictional biographies to plotting compelling character arcs, this session will be full of valuable strategies, advice and creative exercises from an author with decades of experience. The session will take place over Zoom on Saturday the 17th of October, 11am - 1:30pm (UK time). Zoom links will be sent to participants a week before the workshop. ~ Stefan Mohamed is an award-winning author, poet, editor and creative writing tutor. He is the author of five novels, including 2025's The House on Utopia Way, and five books of poetry, including The Revelation Tapes, which came out in 2026 with Broken Sleep Books. He lives in Bristol with his family and cat. He is also a DJ.

You may book this course and then discover that you can't attend - that's understandable! If you cancel at least 14 days before the starting date of the course, a full refund will be offered. If you cancel with less than 14 days to go, unfortunately no refund can be offered, though it may be possible to transfer your booking - please get in touch and I'll see what I can do.
